The Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide effective first aid in workplace emergencies. This one-day course focuses on practical, hands-on training to ensure learners can respond quickly and appropriately to a range of injuries and medical situations.

Basic Life Support
- Performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Using an automated external defibrillator (AED).

- Recovery position.
- Handling situations like agonal breathing.
Common Workplace Injuries
- Responding to severe bleeding, burns, and scalds.
- Managing choking incidents.
- Recognizing and treating shock.
Medical Conditions
- Recognizing and responding to heart attacks, strokes, seizures, asthma, and diabetic emergencies.
- Managing allergic reactions (anaphylaxis).
Practical Scenarios
- Simulated workplace emergencies for hands-on practice.
