Dr Abdulkareem Mirza
Founder and Lead Trainer
I'm currently a practicing GP based in London with a passion for Health and Safety teaching. Alongside my clinical work, I teach medical students and trainee doctors, which inspired me to create HSTG. I wanted to bring a fresh, doctor-led approach to First Aid training and make it hands-on, engaging, and rooted in real-world experience. My goal is to equip teams with the confidence and skills to save lives, whether in the workplace, at home or in public.
Dr Mo Mirza
Senior Trainer
I’m a retired GP with decades of experience in clinical medicine and a long-standing background in teaching. I joined HSTG to help deliver first aid training that goes beyond the tick-box style of didactic presentations, blending medical insight with practical, scenario-based learning. I believe that training should be interactive, memorable and empowering—and that’s exactly what we aim to provide in every session!
